Paper Submission
- Manuscript submissions should be in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) or Word Document Format (DOC) only.
- The following style files and templates are available for users of LaTeX and Microsoft Word.
Templates: Depending on whether you are using LaTeX or Microsoft Word for formatting your paper, you can download the following templates that incorporate the formatting specifications:
Latex: Latex
MicrosoftWord: Microsoft Word
- LaTeX users: Note new LaTeX templates IEEEtran LaTeX Class (template) V1.7 packages and IEEEtran V1.12 BibTeX (bibliography) packages. Be sure to use the template's conference mode. See template documentation for details.
- Page Length: The maximum length of the paper is 6 pages as per IEEE template. However, additional pages (up to 4) will permitted based on extra fee of $60 per page.
- Note to Authors: All submissions MUST be blind. Authors should not specify their names and affiliations in the paper.
